Fill-grade monitoring.
The recognition units of the AI-RTL&RS detect whether an area is empty or occupied. Combined with the Digital Twin, where the position of each bulk lane is known, you get a complete system for monitoring fill levels across your bulk storage. Fill grades can be viewed as 3D heat maps or reviewed in reports.
Actions can be defined based on specific fill-grade levels. Trigger replenishment orders when an area is too empty, or initiate transport orders when it is too full. With W2MO's interfacing capabilities you can wire this directly into your WMS — whether through a database connection, a RESTful API, or the W2MO Connector for SAP. Fill-level monitoring unlocks tremendous operational potential.
