This gate reads all 1D and 2D barcodes on the cases, it can read the text on the labels and can even check the dimensions. This works for cartons moving on a conveyor as well as for smaller products placed in totes. Therefore, this system offers a scan-free content verification solution.

The W2MO identification gate can be placed onto a conveyor system to perform additional tasks beyond reading barcodes and verifying that all labels have been read. It can detect which load carrier is used based on a list of possible carriers. Even stacks of empty pallets can be detected, even if they do not have any labels at all.

Should you require the dimensions of your pallets passing through, the gate can be equipped with 3D cameras extending its functionality to include dimension measurements.
