Our Real Time Digital Twin contains all movement information of all tracked entities in the warehouse. It records the movements with the recognition units and decodes them by AI. As it knows the warehouse layout and the movement directions, it can predict collisions and trigger alarms before they happen. Alarms can be visual or audio signals. Email messages can be configured in addition.

Furthermore, alarms can also be set based on movements into areas defined in the Digital Twin. Forklifts or persons entering areas where they are not supposed to, will trigger warnings as well.

A combination of both is also possible. For certain predefined areas, the system will trigger an alarm in case a forklift is approaching while a person is in an area or the other way round. In other areas, alerts might be needed in case pedestrians are too close to moving vehicles.

The whole system only requires the infrastructure of the AI-RTL&RS. No additional hardware is necessary to track forklifts or persons.

The AI-RTL&RS system can not only detect that a person is at a certain spot, but it can also detect if the person is wearing a security vest or not. It can even find out if a person is lying on the floor for example after an accident. In all of these cases an alarm or email alert will be triggered. The system can be used within a warehouse or on the yard.

The AI-RTL&RS system can also monitor driveways in warehouses and yards to prevent accidents and help with lean considerations. If something blocks a driveway or a pedestrian enters it, a warning will be triggered.
